Non-Diet Providers for Disordered-Eating Recovery

If you’re in recovery from disordered eating, I recommend working with a treatment team that’s well-versed in a weight-inclusive, non-diet approach.

That includes an eating-disorder-savvy dietitian (who can create a recovery meal plan if appropriate), a psychotherapist (who can help you recover from the internalized weight stigma and other forms of trauma that may be helping to perpetuate your disordered eating), and a medical doctor if needed.
