My Latest Book Project

So here's a fun thing that I can finally talk about: Since last fall I've been working as a freelance editor for the Modernist Cuisine team's new book, about the art and science of bread! It's still quite a ways from publication, but if you're into bread baking this is definitely one for the wish list. Such an honor and a pleasure to be working with this amazing group of people again!
