Over the next five days, we'll help you get started on your journey toward intuitive eating.
We'll start by discussing two of the key foundations that make it possible to become an intuitive eater, and start shifting your mindset to think about food and your body in new ways.
Then you’ll learn some important truths about food and health to help combat all the diet-culture nonsense you’ve picked up from our society.
I'll give you journal exercises and reflections to practice in each lesson, as well as occasional podcasts and meditations to listen to, so be sure to make time for them—don’t just do the reading and call it a day, or you won’t get the full benefits of this mini course. Grab a journal, notebook, Word document, or napkin, and get ready to write!
I recommend doing the five lessons one day at a time instead of all at once, to let the ideas and material sink in.
You’ll have 30 days to access the course via this membership site, and you can print out the lessons and download the audio materials to revisit them anytime.
